Auteur(s) : Marguerite Bertrand

Description of the drug poisoning management, about a case.

Toxidrome = group of signs and symptoms that characterize intoxication by a specific class of toxic substances.

– careful clinical examination

– modification of the neurovegetative system ++

=> the concordance of the supposed drug/toxidrome confirms the diagnosis of the exposure or invalidates it or suggests co-intoxication.

=> There are no supposed drugs or toxins: the existence of a toxidrome allows a first orientation.
